CODE is not just an acronym. It is the standard we hold every student, coach, and parent to at Antara Jiu Jitsu.
These four principles shape how we teach, how we train, and how we expect everyone in this community to show up. They apply to a 4 year old in their first Little Cubs class just as much as they apply to a coach running a session.

Confidence is your child putting their hand up to try something they are not sure about. It is choosing to step onto the mat when every instinct says stay seated.

Objectives give students a clear direction. Every child at Antara knows what they are working toward. That clarity matters.

Discipline is showing up consistently. It is finishing the round. It is not looking for the exit when things get uncomfortable.

Excellence is not about being the best in the room. It is about refusing to quit when something feels hard. That is the standard we hold, and it is one every child here can meet.
Respect your training partner. Listen when a coach is speaking. Tap when you need to. Leave your ego at the door.
Your energy matters, children feel it. Trust the coaches. If you have a concern, raise it privately. Do not coach from the side during class.
Hold the standard. Every class, every student, every time.
We took everything that happens on the mat and built it into a guide parents can use at home.
The C.O.D.E of Conduct Workbook is a practical resource for raising children who are confident, goal-driven, and resilient. It covers how to talk to your child about each principle, how to spot when they are applying it, and how to support the process between classes.
It is used by families across Antara and is now in its second edition.
